We spent two years at Meadowbeck Close, and can thoroughly recommend both the property and the landlords to any students looking for accommodation in York. The house is much more spacious than most other options available, with the separate dining room and lounge a particular plus. Also, the large back garden is excellent in the summer fro when exams are over. We found the landlords to be continually helpful and honest during our stay, and were always happy to make reasonable improvements to the house such as replacing the oven on request. Notably, we received our full deposits back without any arguments over wear and tear to the property.

17 Eastfield Crescent is a very spacious 4 bedroom house which focuses around being communal, with a large open plan living room leading to a dining table in the conservatory. The house is very well kept with working appliances, plenty of storage space and is in an ideal location being in a quiet area only a 10 minute walk from campus. We had no hassle moving in, dealing with the landlords or living there. It is also a very reasonable price. The perfect house when compared to other student houses I have seen.
