We are local landlords who have been providing rented houses to students for the past 25 years. All our properties are located within 1 mile of the University of York and in close proximity to public transportation and a variety of local shops, bakery, chemist, newsagent, pubs and take-aways.
All of the properties are located in good neighbourhoods, safe and friendly. They are presented to a high standard, can accommodate four or more people and are nicely furnished. In good condition, they meet all the University safety requirements and in general are lovely places to live.
